Wedding Contract

1. Booking & Payment

Annamarque Photography agrees to perform the professional photographic services for the wedding on the agreed upon date and time. The client will provide a signed contract with a booking fee of $800 at the time of booking. The final payment and charges are based on Annamarque Photography’s current, standard pricing guide at time of booking, as it changes periodically. Any future orders placed after price changes will be charged according to pricing at the time the order is placed.

2. Service Guarantee & Failure to Perform

Annamarque Photography guarantees it’s services up to but not to exceed the fees paid by the client on the specified date above. Professional photographic services include the digital photography by Annamarque Photography’s head and assistant photographers, for previously agreed upon hours and locations for the specified client, with prints and ordering to follow. If, for reasons beyond the photographer’s control (fire, causality, illness, emergency, etc.), Annamarque Photography is unable to perform photographic duties as specified above, the full deposit shall be returned to the client with no further debating in terms of the contract.

3. Exclusivity

It is understood that Annamarque Photography will be the exclusive photographer retained by the client to perform said services. Friends and family of the bride or groom are permitted to photograph during the event so long as not to interfere with the photographers of Annamarque Photography or photograph those posed by the photographers.4. DeliveryDigital photos will be delivered via email download 4-6 weeks after the event . Annamarque Photography is not responsible for delays of physical prints due to weather, the post office, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other form of delivery. If the purchased items were to be damaged or lost on behave of the photographer or for reasons out of control by the photographer, Annamarque Photography shall not be held liable for any amount in excess of all money paid.5. CancellationIn the event that the wedding be cancelled on behave of the client, Annamarque Photography reserves the right to keep any booking or previously paid fees, excluding material fees such as products purchased from the studio. *COVID rescheduling is an exception*

6. Copyright & Client Usage Rights

All photos taken by Annamarque Photography is copyrighted by Annamarque. The photographers of Annamarque reserve the right to keep and use any of the photographs taken during the event for advertising or marketing purposes. If the client would not like their photos used online or for advertising or marketing purposes, they should tell so in writing at least 3 weeks before the event. Annamarque Photography gives permission to print high-quality images for peresonal use only. The images cannot be distributed, duplicated, or used for advertising. NOTE: It is illegal to copy or reproduce photographs

anywhere else without the photographer’s consent; violators are subject to civil and criminal penalties.
