Nurses
I have spent far more time in doctor's offices and hospitals far more than I would have liked to this last year. A week long stay in the hospital while having Bray, all the maternity appointments, postpartum appointments, blood draws, baby well checks, and so forth. This means a lot of time with doctors and nurses. We have been absolutely blessed to have been cared for by the most amazing, caring nurses. Nurses that took time from their chaotic schedules to pop in and make sure I'm doing okay one the 5th day of my hospital stay, that told me it'll be okay when my husband passes out while I'm in labor, that held my hand while being wheeled into the icu away from my baby boy and family, that braided my hair when I looked and felt like a hot mess and just wanted to shower, the list goes on and on. I don't know how I'll ever thank them enough for all the did and continue to do for us but I know I'm probably not the only one out there feeling this way.
For nurses appreciation week this year, I want these fantastic nurses to know how loved they are! I want to hear your stories of nurses that truly left an impact, changed your life, or simply made your day a little better. Let's shine some light on these deserving individuals and let them know we are so thankful for them.
